【Job description】
1. Responsible for small-scale test, pilot test and production process optimization;
2. Standardize experimental records, skillfully retrieve professional literature, and analyze hydrogen spectrum, carbon spectrum, infrared spectrum, mass spectrum, etc;
3. Manage the work of the synthesis department, coordinate the work of the analysis and preparation department, and be responsible for the daily arrangement of laboratory affairs and laboratory safety;
【Job requirements】

1. Major in organic chemistry or pharmaceutical chemistry, master degree or above, more than 3 years of working experience in pharmaceutical synthesis, or bachelor degree, more than 10 years of relevant working experience, good foreign language;
2. Strong technical research ability, experience in writing and defending CTD application materials is preferred, and familiar with various regulatory requirements;
3. Careful, patient, attentive, strong hands-on ability, good at discovering and solving problems encountered in experiments, and can quickly accept and learn new things;
4. Have good professional ethics, be honest and diligent.
